  • Not at all. We work with you to identify specific "off-peak" windows—typically midweek mornings or afternoons—where you have excess capacity. Your members always come first; we simply help you generate value from the gaps they leave behind.

  • We aim for a "zero-admin" impact on your pro-shop and office. All bookings, payments, and member communications are handled centrally through the BlackTee platform. Your team simply receives a notification of the booking, just like a standard visitor, but with the peace of mind that the guest is fully vetted.

  • We offer a flexible, two-phase partnership. We typically begin with a "Performance-Based" negotiated rate per round. As consistent volume is established, we transition to an "Institutional Membership" model, providing the club with guaranteed, upfront annual capital.

    • Proven Ability: Membership is strictly limited to those with a certified Handicap Index of 12.0 or below (Men) and 18.0 or below (Women). This ensures a high level of shot-making and a brisk pace of play.

    • Club Background: Every BlackTee member must hold an active membership at their own home club. They are not "nomadic" golfers; they are established club members who understand and respect the specific dress codes, traditions, and protocols of a private institution.

    • Vetted Conduct: All members sign a Code of Conduct committing to the highest standards of etiquette and course care (repairing pitch marks, raking bunkers, and respecting "out of bounds" areas)

  • You are in total control. We agree on a set number of "entitlements" or tee-time slots per month. Once those are filled, no further bookings can be made. This ensures our presence remains a quiet, seamless addition to your daily operations

  • We believe in partnerships that work for both parties. While we look for long-term stability to offer our members, we provide flexible agreement structures that can be reviewed annually to ensure the arrangement continues to meet your club’s evolving needs.

  • BlackTee operates an institutional membership model. This means the access is held by the Club, and utilized by our registered members. This allows us to offer our golfers variety while guaranteeing the club a consistent stream of play. Rest assured, while the "seat" is flexible, the "player" is not; every attendee must be a fully verified BlackTee member meeting our strict handicap and home-club criteria.

  • We are a private syndicate, not a public booking engine. We don’t list your tee times for the general public. Instead, we provide a vetted, low-handicap membership base with access to your course during your pre-defined quiet periods. Our model is built on maintaining the prestige of your club, not discounting it.
