‍ ‍How to Book Your Round:

  1. Explore the Tiers: Select Classic, Signature, or Championship below to view the available courses.

  2. View Course Details: Click any club logo to open its full venue profile in a new window—where you can review course info, yardages, and the scorecard.

  3. Request Your Tee Time: Hit "Book a Tee Time" on the course page, enter your preferred date, time, and group details in the pop-up, and hit submit.

  4. Confirmation & Payment: Your BlackTee Concierge will check availability with the venue. Once we match your requested slot, we’ll send you a direct payment link to finalise the booking. As soon as payment is received, your tee time is fully locked in.

Frequently Asked Questions (Autumn Pilot)

  • It’s an exclusive, limited-window test of The BlackTee Club’s concierge booking service before our official 2027 season launch. We’ve waived the membership fee for this pilot—giving vetted, low handicap players free access to book our partner venues in exchange for helping us test our operational engine

  • The trial runs from mid-September through December 1st, 2026. All rounds booked through the pilot must be played within this window.

  • It’s completely hands-off for you. Simply contact your BlackTee Concierge with your preferred course, midweek date, and playing group details. We coordinate directly with the club, secure your tee time, and send the confirmation straight to your inbox.

  • No. You can book as many midweek rounds as you like across our partner venues throughout the trial period up until December 1st.

  • Once your concierge confirms course availability for your requested slot, you pay your flat, tier-specific round fee via a secure payment link. We settle the green fee directly with the venue, so you simply arrive and head straight to the 1st tee.

  • To keep access exclusive and operations seamless during the beta, all bookings are strictly for registered BlackTee Club members. However, because Beta access is free, any playing partners who meet our single-figure handicap requirement can easily sign up themselves to join your fourball

  • If a venue closes the course or cancels play due to autumn weather, we’ll help you reschedule for another date before December 1st. If another date doesn't work for you, you’ll receive a full refund for that round fee immediately.

  • We’ll collect your feedback to fine-tune the service over the winter. As an original Beta Member, you’ll get guaranteed priority access and preferential founding rates when full 2027 Annual Memberships open ahead of the new season.
